Under the action of the catalyst, the oxygen in the low-purity nitrogen gas reacts with the hydrogen added to the system to generate water, after removing the residual oxygen, further dehydrogenation (if there is no requirement for excess hydrogen, dehydrogenation is not required), and then enters the drying system for deep dehydration.
