Nitrogen Generators

Membrane Nitrogen Generator

Membrane separation nitrogen production technology is based on the different solubility and diffusion coefficients of nitrogen and oxygen in the membrane under the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane. Some gases with fast permeability, such as water vapor and oxygen, first pass through the membrane and become oxygen-enriched gases, while nitrogen with slower permeability stays and accumulates, becoming dry nitrogen rich gases, achieving the purpose of oxygen nitrogen separation.

Membrane Nitrogen Generators are widely used in multiple fields, mainly for producing high-purity nitrogen gas. Their application scenarios include food packaging, electronic manufacturing, medical gas supply, automotive tire inflation, laboratory experiments, petroleum and natural gas industries, chemical production, and semiconductor manufacturing to meet the demand for high-purity nitrogen in various applications, ensuring product quality, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. These systems separate nitrogen from the air through membrane separation technology, which has the advantages of energy conservation and high reliability, and are suitable for various industrial and commercial applications.

PSA Nitrogen Generator

The PSA nitrogen generator uses pressure swing adsorption technology to separate oxygen and impurity gases from the compressed air, achieving the production of high-purity nitrogen. In the adsorption stage, air passes through the adsorption bed, and the adsorbent selectively adsorbs oxygen and impurity gases, leaving nitrogen behind. Then, in the desorption stage, by changing the operating conditions, the adsorption bed releases the adsorbed oxygen and impurity gas, preparing to produce high-purity nitrogen. This process alternates between two adsorbers to ensure uninterrupted supply of high-quality nitrogen gas.

PSA nitrogen generators are widely used in multiple fields, mainly for producing high-purity nitrogen. Its application scenarios include but are not limited to food packaging, electronic manufacturing, medical facilities, metal processing, laboratory research, and chemical industry. They can provide a reliable nitrogen supply to prevent corrosion caused by oxygen, maintain product quality, support laboratory experiments, and meet various nitrogen demand applications.

Modular Nitrogen Generator

Quincy refrigerated dryers play the important role of removing condensation from compressor systems. Without a dryer, moisture can accumulate in a compressor. With this moisture comes dirt and other particulate matter, which can cause oxidation and other types of premature wear on delicate compressor components. A refrigerated dryer eliminates the problem by cooling moisture in the air to approximately 37°F, where it condenses and can be removed from the compressor system by way of an automatic drain.

Quincy manufactures four main refrigerated dryer product lines: the QPNC non-cycling dryer, the QED cycling dryer, the QPVS variable speed dryer, and the QRHT compact high temperature dryer. The QPNC uses a two-stage heat exchanger configuration to deliver consistent performance when handling smaller, constant loads. Key features of the QPNC include an easy-to-use control panel that allows you to adjust the system for maximum efficiency with zero loss drains. Depending on their configuration, QPNC refrigerated dryers can provide a maximum 230 psig pressure at volumes between 10-3000 CFM.

All Quincy refrigerated dryers can be counted on to deliver exceptional performance in any situation. Our products are backed by a comprehensive warranty as well as support from our nationwide team of compressed air experts.
