Oxygen Generators

VPSA Oxygen Generator

The VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen generator operates on the principle of vacuum pressure swing adsorption technology. It initially passes air through an adsorber where the adsorbent selectively enriches oxygen, and then by altering operational conditions, typically through pressure reduction, releases the adsorbed nitrogen and other impurities to produce high-purity oxygen. Common application scenarios include medical oxygen supply, industrial applications such as welding and metal cutting, laboratory research, electronics manufacturing, and any field requiring high-purity oxygen. This equipment reliably and economically produces high-quality oxygen, reducing dependence on oxygen supply chains.

Oxygen and nitrogen have close boiling points, and the two are difficult to separate, and they are enriched together in meteorology. Therefore, the pressure swing adsorption oxygen plant can usually only obtain oxygen with a depth of 90%-95% (the limit concentration of oxygen is 95.6%, and the rest is argon), also known as oxygen enrichment. Compared with the cryogenic air separation unit, the latter can produce oxygen with a concentration of more than 99.5%.

PSA Oxygen Generator

Compressed air enters an adsorption tower equipped with zeolite molecular sieves after removing impurities such as oil, water, and dust through the air purification system. Nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor in the air are heavily adsorbed by the molecular sieves, while oxygen passes through the adsorbent due to its high diffusion rate, achieving separation of oxygen and nitrogen. When the nitrogen and other impurities adsorbed in the adsorption tower reach saturation, the pressure is reduced to allow the zeolite molecular sieve to desorb and regenerate, allowing for repeated recycling. Two adsorption towers are used to cycle and continuously generate high-quality oxygen.

High Purity Oxygen Generator

PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) high-purity oxygen generator is a device used to produce high-purity oxygen, typically achieving a purity of over 99.5%. Here is a brief description of its working principle:

Adsorption Stage: Initially, air passes through an adsorber or adsorption bed filled with an adsorbent material (typically molecular sieves or other adsorbent materials). During this stage, the adsorbent selectively adsorbs nitrogen and other impurity gases, allowing oxygen to pass through, thereby enriching the oxygen.

Desorption Stage: Once the adsorber has enriched oxygen, the pressure gradually increases to encourage the release of adsorbed nitrogen and impurity gases. This step typically involves reducing the pressure in the adsorption bed or altering operational conditions to prevent the adsorbent from adsorbing nitrogen. As a result, nitrogen and impurity gases are expelled from the system, leaving behind high-purity oxygen.

This process alternates between two adsorbers to ensure a continuous oxygen supply. One adsorber is in the adsorption stage while the other is in the desorption stage, and they switch on a periodic basis. This two-step design enables the production of high-purity oxygen, typically at a purity of 99.5% or higher, suitable for various demanding applications such as medical gas supply, electronics manufacturing, and laboratory experiments. By continuously cycling through these two stages, the PSA high-purity oxygen generator provides a reliable source of oxygen while separating nitrogen and impurity gases, achieving the production of high-purity oxygen.

Medical Oxygen Generator

Containerized Medical Oxygen Generator, utilizing PSA technology, provides portable, stable, and high-purity oxygen supply, suitable for a range of medical and emergency situations. It serves as a lifeline in healthcare, offering healthcare institutions and emergency response teams a dependable tool to enhance the quality of patient care and improve survival chances.

This equipment employs Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, enabling it to provide high-purity oxygen supply in various environments. Its operational process involves two main phases: adsorption and desorption. Initially, air is introduced into an adsorber, where the adsorbent selectively enriches oxygen while excluding nitrogen and other impurity gases. Subsequently, by reducing pressure or altering operating conditions, the adsorbent releases the adsorbed nitrogen and impurity gases, producing high-purity oxygen. This process ensures a continuous, reliable, and high-purity oxygen supply.

Benefits:
Portability: Its containerized design makes it highly mobile, allowing for rapid deployment to needed locations. This is particularly useful in emergencies, disaster relief, or temporary medical facilities.
Stable Oxygen Supply: Whether in hospital intensive care units, operating rooms, or ambulances, this equipment offers a stable supply of high-purity oxygen, ensuring patients' oxygen needs are met.
Emergency Response: In times of disasters and emergencies, the containerized medical oxygen generator can provide immediate oxygen assistance, potentially saving lives.

In the field of healthcare, a high-quality oxygen supply is crucial for patient treatment and recovery.
