Adsorption Air Dryer

Adsorption dryers are widely used in industrial and mining enterprises. Adsorption dryers are based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption and use microporous particle desiccants to absorb relatively saturated moisture and water vapor in compressed air. 
Then use the partial dry gas regeneration method to restore the adsorption performance of the adsorbent, and the two adsorption towers alternately perform adsorption and regeneration drying.
  • Rated capacity: 1~500Nm3/min
  • Working pressure: 0.7 ~ 1.0Mpa (available for 1.0 ~ 3.0Mpa)
  • Dew point of finished gas: ≤-40℃~-52℃
  • Intake temperature: ≤45°C
  • Ambient temperature: ≤38°C
  • Pressure loss: ≤0.02Mpa
  • Regeneration air consumption: ≤6% (micro-heat type) ≤12% (non-heat type)
  • Operating cycle: 2 hours (slight heat type) 10 minutes (no heat type)
