Principle of Medical Oxygen Generator

PSA Medical Oxygen Generator operates by utilizing the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) process. Compressed air is introduced into specialized adsorption beds filled with materials that selectively adsorb nitrogen, allowing oxygen to pass through. 

As the nitrogen is captured in the adsorption bed and becomes concentrated, the system switches to another bed for oxygen production. Meanwhile, the first bed undergoes depressurization, releasing the trapped nitrogen. This cyclic process ensures a continuous and on-demand supply of high-purity medical-grade oxygen, making it an essential and efficient solution for healthcare facilities.
