Principle of PSA Nitrogen Generator

Under a certain pressure, using the principle of difference in the diffusion rate of oxygen and nitrogen in the air on the carbon molecular sieve, a large amount of oxygen molecules are adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve in a short period of time, and the nitrogen molecules are enriched in the gas phase to achieve the separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
Air Surr according to the characteristics of PSA pressure swing adsorption, nitrogen equipment adopts two-tower adsorption process, one tower absorbs to produce nitrogen, the other tower desorbs and regenerates, and the cycle alternates to continuously produce high-quality nitrogen.

PSA Oxygen and Nitrogen Separation Process

Using the principle of difference in the diffusion rate of oxygen and nitrogen in the air in carbon molecular sieves, oxygen molecules are adsorbed by carbon molecular sieves in large quantities, and nitrogen is enriched in the gas phase to achieve a physical principle of psa oxygen and nitrogen separation.

The adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieves for oxygen will be significantly different with the change of pressure, and the adsorbents in carbon molecular sieves can be desorbed by reducing the pressure. The carbon molecular sieve is regenerated, so as to achieve the repeated use of the carbon molecular sieve.
