Principle of PSA Oxygen Generator

The compressed air enters the adsorption tower equipped with zeolite molecular sieve after the air purification system removes impurities such as oil, water, and dust. 

The nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor in the air are absorbed by the molecular sieve, and the oxygen passes through the adsorbent due to the high diffusion rate.  To realize the separation of oxygen and nitrogen. 

When the nitrogen and other impurities adsorbed in the adsorption tower are saturated, the pressure is reduced to desorb and regenerate the zeolite molecular sieve, which can be used repeatedly. Two adsorption towers work in cycle to continuously produce high-quality oxygen.
